ATTENTION―Service provider fraud / 【注意喚起】整備事業者の不正事例

Please be aware that we have become aware of a service provider using a forged certificate to deceive customers into believing they are our approved service provider. The service provider is the below company. Please also find an attached copy of the forged certificate they used.

弊社の認定書を偽造し、弊社の認定を受けていると偽り、不正に整備事業を行っている事例が発覚致しました。
偽造の行為が発覚したのは、下記の整備事業者です。使用されていた偽造証明書は添付のものです。

　The Forged Certificate

DELMAR SAFETY’s approval had been valid until 31 December 2017. Since then, we do not approve them as our service provider. The period of validity on the attached certificate is falsified.

Because of the apparent forgery of a public document and the malicious nature of this act, we recommend that you refrain from using this company for future inspections to protect yourselves from fraud.

We appreciate your kind cooperation in ensuring the safety and lives of crews and eradication of fraud.

DELMAR SAFETY社の認定は2017年12月31日までは有効でしたが、期日以降は認定しておりません。添付認定書の有効期限が改ざんされています。
認定書の偽造は非常に悪質な行為であり、お客様各位におかれましては、上記整備事業者へ整備の依頼をしない様、ご注意頂きたく存じます。
船員の人命の安全確保のため、また不正行為根絶のため、皆様のご協力をお願い申し上げます。
